About Us
Care Decoded is a dedicated non-profit working tirelessly to improve health literacy through comprehensive health education. At Care Decoded, we firmly believe that everyone deserves access to accurate, understandable, and reliable health information in order to make informed decisions about their well-being.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare, enabling them to take control of their health and lead healthier lives. Through our diverse range of health education programs, we strive to bridge the gap between individuals and the vital information they need to make informed choices about their health.

Develop Educational Campaigns
Create engaging and accessible educational materials, including brochures, infographics, and videos, to raise awareness about complex health topics and their impact on individuals' health outcomes.
Collaborate
Partner with local community organizations, schools, and healthcare facilities to organize health literacy workshops, seminars, and events that educate individuals about the importance of health literacy and provide practical tools for improving it.
Target vulnerable populations
Identify communities facing health disparities and develop targeted initiatives to improve health literacy among marginalized populations, such as low-income individuals, immigrants, and non-English speakers.

Chief Executive Officer
Sameen Kazmi, MPH
Sameen is a second year medical student and the founder of Care Decoded. She is dedicated to improving health outcomes and empowering individuals through innovative initiatives.
Chief Financial Officer
Abdul Moiz Khan
Moiz is a second year medical student and the CFO of Care Decoded. He wants to use this platform to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and lead healthier lives.
Secretary
Iqra Hasan
Iqra is a second year MPH student, specializing in Biostatistics. She is currently working as a Data Coordinator for Phase 1 Oncology Trials. She is passionate about using data to understand populations and bridge health disparities.
